      Pay is good. You are not micro managed. The crews are really friendly. Company is flexible with time off.

      There is a lot of miscommunication. You will be assigned things even though you may not have any experience.

      Not many pros. The owners are not honest and customers get ripped off.

      Cons

      Dishonesty. Not providing full service to clients. Hiring people who don't know what they are doing. The list is endless. They don't take care of employees either.
