Complete inability and incompetence of the entire management. The behavior of the management is totally unprofessional and rude. There is constant pressure on your work and someone is always breathing down your neck. The directors promise clients unrealistic things, and because of that you, as an employee, end up suffering the most. As an employee, most of your communication is with your team leader, who in many cases may have been placed in that position after only a few months of working at the company, with a few exceptions. Coordinators and managers are placed in those positions not because they are qualified, but because they are friends with the directors. As a result, they are completely incapable of doing their jobs. During the workweek, coordinators practically don’t exist. If you have a question and send them a message, there is a small chance you will get a reply. They are known for having absolutely no understanding of the work they are responsible for, and it has happened multiple times that they request unrealistic changes within an extremely short timeframe. Of course, overtime work is expected from you, and you will not see a single cent for it. There is almost no room for advancement. You can expect a raise after about a year of around 5–10%, which is essentially insulting to employees. HR is a story of its own. They are almost always unavailable, they don’t respond to messages, and when you run into them in the hallway, they avoid eye contact.
