All benefits of a small agency, like open culture, flexibility of timings, friendly environment, etc. A lot of trust and confidence is shown in deserving candidates. It's part of IPG mediabrands, and hence a global affiliate firm.
Cons
Lot of realignment was happening between sister agencies, hence there was a lot of confusion over the future ambitions of the agency.
