Pros
The work form home part of the job is very nice. Most of management is nice.
Cons
The micromanaging induces stress and anxiety. Limit of 15 minute break in mornings and afternoons to eat a snack, go to the restroom, and grab some coffee. Training is not as detailed as you go up from customer service to hard collections. Which leaves a lot of what they call "room for improvement" report cards. A lot of pressure to meet end of the month goals as any collection role. Cold calling is required in hard collections. In training they mention to provide solutions for the customer like uber eats; however the little solutions they provide in their scripts are mostly not viable for the past due customer.
