Pros

There are no pros to working here avoid at all cost!

Cons

Owners never happy, Owners have thier favorites and if your not one of them you get blamed for all imperfections, thier favorites blames machines and co-workers which then causes multiple meetings about your work. Co-workers harasses each other until you quit if they dont like you. Owner will frustrate you so much you quit, they will literaly tell other coworkers thats what they are doing because they dont want to fire them, so the employee cant file for unemployment. Constant negative work environment, No one will help you out, you get told to figure it out on your own, When doing a job you don't get all information and when brought up to management they do nothing to fix it, except tell you its getting better when its not, They make you feel bad about asking for a raise even when they put more responsibility on you to do. I could go on but just avoid this company at all cost not worth it better jobs out there.

Pros

Working at Repro Graphix over the past decade has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. As a small family-owned business, Repro cares about their community and team. The company fosters a work environment where autonomy and self-leadership are highly valued, allowing employees to take initiative and grow in their roles. This dynamic is perfect for those who thrive on independence. The supportive atmosphere makes you feel like you're part of a close-knit team, and it's clear that the team is genuinely committed to both personal and professional development. It's a great place to work if you're looking for a positive culture where your contributions are appreciated!

Cons

One challenge of working at a small family business like Repro Graphix, Inc. is that resources and formal structures can be limited compared to larger companies. However, this actually fosters a more flexible environment where team members can step up, take on diverse roles, and make a noticeable impact. While you may not have the same level of departmental support as you would in a bigger company, the close-knit team and direct access to leadership make up for it, offering unique opportunities for personal growth and development.
