      Pros

      It's an amazing way to experience cultural "diversity" in the oil and gas industry

      Cons

      Lack of communication and clear vision Extremely cliquey with preference leaning towards sycophants (look it up) Peer relationships are superficial at best. Some remaining employees are only there for their uncanny ability to "stroke egos".

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
