Pros
working directly with clients internally and externally
Cons
The company lacks communication entirely, this is why a majority of customers leave as well, no one is on the same page. There is no room for growth unless you have a degree (knowledge base or experience doesn't count) or are friends or family of someone already in management They pay very poorly and the average increase yearly is around $.16 if you are even given one. You are micro-managed at all times and in all honesty the office atmosphere is that of a kindergarten class. Everyone blames each other for problems (including management) instead of working together to fix issues. If you enjoy gossip, this is definitely the place for you. And don't forget being talked down to by management as if you are a child being punished. Respect is not a factor here. All in all, the Salt Lake City office is summed up as a HUGE stress and has the ability to break a person down both physically and mentally.
