Reputation.com is a great place to work. The team in place is a joy to be with. The problems being solved are relevant and have a real world impact on the clients. They also have a large and growing data set with provides the opportunity to work on problems to extract interesting insights for the clients and across different industries.
Cons
The company has become fairly mature so if you you are more comfortable in a wild west type environment with little structure this may no longer be the place for you.

It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered
*Great coworkers
*Lunch for in office workers.
Cons
*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs.
*Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay.
*Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients.
*For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn.
*Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction.
*No 401k match.
