Pros
I believe the saying goes "If you take care of your employees your employees will take care of your clients" .... this rings true with Res/Title. With our line of business customer service matters, and employees can't give a quality customer service experience if they are not properly supported. You will be supported at Res/Title!

I have the best group of Co-workers one could ask for.
Titles and closings can be stressful especially at end of month, but we all band together and have fun. Over the summer we were given teams where we could leave early and were still compensated for the whole day. This example is just one of the many ways Management gives back to its employees.

Management also realizes we are humans, with kids and appointments and will work with you coverage wise to always try and accommodate your needs.

Cons
Working remotely can sometimes be challenging but as the world is changing with most companies going to remote staff so is Res/Title. and just like in everyday life we learn as we grow!
