The school has a dedicated and caring staff and faculty who are genuinely invested in supporting students and improving the school’s reputation, especially through STEM education.

The leadership team lacks the qualifications and expertise necessary for effective decision-making. There is a lack of accountability among administrators, with difficult questions often being avoided or passed around, leaving staff without clear answers or resolutions. The administration appears indifferent to employee turnover, which has caused many excellent teachers to feel unsupported and undervalued. Once promoted internally, some leaders seem to prioritize their own roles over supporting their team. Teachers receive little to no support for career progression or professional development, leading to frustration and burnout among staff. Compared to previous years, the administration now feels less responsible and serious about addressing staff concerns or creating a positive work environment.
