Pros
I worked in this firm for almost 3 years. It was my first job. The pros about the firm are: You get to learn about market research tools, methods etc. in case you are working in syndicated research projects or industry focused research Company has got a small and energetic workforce Good learning for a period of 6-12 months if you are a fresher
Cons
I regret my decision to have continued in this firm for so long. The cons are below: Management: Not applicable. Too busy with HR recruiting business. Research division is a foster child. Communicating to the top management is the most difficult task in this firm. Notice Period: 3 months notice period. It would be hard to find another job with such a long waiting period. If you want an early relieving, the management will demand a lot of money. Compensation & benefits: Don't fall for the CTC on paper. I have never received any bonus and/or incentives in my 3 year tenure, which was about 40% of CTC offered to me. About work: Actual market research work is rare to find in this firm. Don't stay more than 6 months, job gets mundane after that (mostly data entry). Not enough projects and analysts' are expected to do sales. HR policies: Inherited from the parent HR consultancy (you know what I mean). Management changes policies without any discussion. Then send a simple email stating that. I do not recommend this company.
