-Excellent work-life balance, emphasis on employee health -Flexibility in schedule favouring the employee (within reason) -Reasonable deadlines and clear deliverables -Diverse set of projects, great place to hone multiple skills -Friendly and helpful team, amazing people to work with -Transparency between executive-level and mainline employees -Basic equipment is very likely to be provided -Promotes self-development in addition to work
Cons
-Roadmap structure could use some work, it's a bit fast and loose -Not fully remote as of Sept. 6th (not necessarily a con, but can be for some)
