      The C-Suite is made up of truly great people. They all are kind, understanding, and supportive. These are great role models and exactly what leadership should look like. A lot of flexibility and trust given.

      Not a lot of room for growth/advancement.

      There is nothing better than developing others. Working at RBLP I was able to positively impact the clients I served.

      The material is FANTASTIC - high quality leadership coaching stuff.

      Business model shifted so trainers had to secure their own clients - that wasn't my interest, but I really enjoyed being a part of the start-up
