Leadership has been unstable since the CEO’s departure. The interim CEO’s temporary leadership structure changes are leading to the exit of several leaders without proper succession plans. With this year’s disappointing bonus pool, many colleagues, including myself, are actively seeking other opportunities. The culture has deteriorated, and SLT is disconnected from employee wellbeing. Communication from leadership is unclear, leaving us uncertain about priorities and direction. Burnout is widespread, and workloads remain high. It’s hard to see how the situation will improve.
