Pros

At least you made it to Montana; now time to find a real job elsewhere. Montana is beautiful and there are several cities that you could look into to find satisfying work.

Cons

Dictator runs the company. Emails cannot be sent without his approval. Ultra micro-manager. I never knew that this type of person could exist in this modern age, I guess he gets away with it since there are few opportunities in Butte. The cost of this "management" is massive employee turnover. The day after I arrived I started looking for a job. This was the worst job I have ever had and that includes transitional high school jobs.

Pros

-You’ll never take a healthy work environment for granted again -Learn what shouldn’t be allowed in the workplace, with first hand experience

Cons

(Emotional endurance required. Experience optional.) Are you looking for a workplace where the expectations are unclear, the support is inconsistent, and the outcomes somehow still fall on you? Are you looking for a workplace that will truly test your limits? Have you ever thought, “What if my workplace felt like hell on earth?” Well, great news What we offer: • A dynamic environment where accountability is highly selective • The opportunity to report serious concerns and watch them professionally ignored • A front-row seat to how problems are managed …by avoiding it entirely • Harassment concerns that build character and trauma bonds • Leadership that micromanages • A culture where talking to each other… isn’t allowed. (Don’t you even dare talk about chickens) What you’ll experience: • The slow realization that doing the right thing doesn’t always work in your favor • Subtle (mostly unsubtle) shifts in how you’re treated after speaking up • Mastering the art of acting “normal” after things that aren’t Key responsibilities: • Keep your head down • Don’t ask the wrong questions • Learn quickly which problems are “not problems” Requirements: • Thick skin • Low expectations • A strong sense of humor (you’ll need it) Bonus perks: • Free emotional rollercoasters • Often bathroom cry sessions (BYO tissues) • A CEO that will follow you to the bathroom and listen outside the door We’re not looking for the most qualified candidate. We’re looking for someone who can tolerate the most. If you’re searching for respect, accountability, or a healthy culture …keep looking. If you’re curious how much you can put up with before it changes you… apply.
