Pros
I've worked in several roles, across various fields (architecture, fashion, PR, etc.), but no matter how glamorous the position, at the end of the day they were all 'just a job'. Working at Resolute has been an entirely different experience. The company culture is such that I belly laugh at work and no longer get the Sunday blues (or at least not nearly as badly). There’s not huge stratification; the managing partners are personable, approachable and involved. It’s small enough to really know the people you work with; there are real friendships and opportunities for support systems. There’s not a lot of duplication in roles; you will be given large amounts of responsibility & opportunity. - Company culture/the people - Fair hours (if you finish your work you will very rarely be required to stay late) - Autonomy - Ability to be involved in/chances to learn other aspects of the business - Lack of bureaucracy/stifling hierarchy
Cons
- You won’t excel if you are not a least somewhat a self-starter - The partners are equally involved in the work-load/key accounts and are stretched a little too thin for consistent management and/or feedback
