      Pros

      This was a great company when the founders were in charge. Fun. Committed people. Transparent. Then COVID convinced them into selling to PE...

      Cons

      ... and everything went downhill FAST. The C-Levels they installed were incredibly bad decisions. The fun died and became fake. Pay is mid. Outlook is meh. Employees became tools instead of people.

      Pros

      -You can learn a lot through many projects -Talented employees can share a lot of hard to learn skills -Flexibility in work schedule for engineers/techs -Unlimited vacations (which can also be a con): flexibility in vacation days if you work more hours during the year

      Cons

      -Continuity of the projects (which is because of the company position in the food chain and customer size) -Billable hours (as you can imagine)
