Staff and residents become family and build a really strong bond that last a lifetime. The ranch its self is beautiful and very peaceful at times unlimited views to be inspired by.

The staff is primarily men if your a women applying please beware the accommodations are not female friendly. You will also at times feel you've stepped into a good ole boy situation. Pay isn't the best considering the fact your on the clock 24/7 basically and if you live in Austin that drive is no joke.
