      Pros

      The people are family oriented. No drama.

      Cons

      Everything... The owner of the company will change all of the bonus structures to ensure NO ONE hits budget. They work you like slaves and never pay you. The hours are horrible, the pay is horrible and management is horrible. Especially in the NC office. Absolutely horrible.

      Pros

      Had to move cash, gift cards, gold and silver bars to random locations of their agents requests.

      Cons

      Long distance travels that are very remote in nature and they like to use daily pass phrases on delivery agents on the hourly level so memorizing is tricky.

      NONE THAT I CAN THINK OF!

      They claim you are on a "hybrid" schedule but you have an almost impossible criteria you have to meet to get approved for that. They play favorites and if you aren't one their favorites, they'll look for any reason to fire you! One of the "favorites" was even given permission to work full time remotely but that wasn't available for anyone else.
