The environment is friendly, and most of the individuals at this company are thoughtful and engaged. The staff is very experienced in the marketing realm.

The leadership of this company does not provide direction, information, or growth potential. The business model seems to rely on the relationships the President maintains, with a mission statement to "foresee" what the clients want, without spending much time trying to decide exactly what that is and what to do about it. The scope was vague at best, and misguided at its worst. The benefits at the outset of the interview process also did not pan out in the end.
