This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. Management is completely disconnected from reality, setting impossible expectations while offering zero support. Turnover is shockingly high because employees are overworked, underappreciated, and burned out within months. The culture is toxic—leadership plays favorites, ignores complaints, and retaliates against anyone who speaks up. Promises of growth and fair treatment are empty. HR exists only to protect the company, not the employees. If you value your mental health and career, stay far away. There are much better employers out there

Meanwhile, employees are expected to perform miracles with no resources or support. The turnover rate speaks for itself—good people leave within months because the culture is toxic. Leadership plays obvious favorites, dismisses valid concerns, and punishes those who push back. HR is a joke; they’ll gaslight you into thinking problems are ‘your fault’ rather than address systemic issues. Unless you enjoy being overworked, undervalued, and emotionally drained, run. This company will exploit your effort until you burn out, then replace you without a second thought.
