Lacked Empathy - Program Associate Resource Development Associates Employee Review

Thank you for your candor. RDA can certainly be demanding, which for many is balanced by the meaningful work we do every day. We understand that this unfortunately isn’t the experience felt by all. As a learning organization, we take your feedback seriously and will use it to guide improvements. In this vein, we have implemented an online suggestion box for employees to anonymously share feedback with us at any time, and every week, our leadership team reviews and develops steps to resolve any challenges that have been presented. We will realistically continue to take some missteps, and as always, we will use them to learn and grow.
