      Pros

      Man over the company is great and listens to everyone. The new production manager seems to be a fair man. Seen some people change to better and started acting like they want to be here.

      Cons

      One manager is on a power trip. Been told he used to own the place. Guess this is a reason why he used to.

      Fantastic people, supportive culture and good benefits. The company is growing rapidly so there are many opportunities to grow. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      It's a time of growth so new systems and updated processes are a regular which can feel like a lot of change if you haven't experienced a growing company before.
