Not enough loads and constant mechanical issueswith their trucks. Right now only 2 wells for over 200 drivers not including the O/O they’re bringing on and the new hires. Waiting 10hrs to get a load from dispatch running 1-2 loads at most, some days none. The wonderful recruiters tell folks 3-4 loads a day and make $2400-$3k per week that’s incorrect I’ve only done 7 loads in 10 days when your broken down there’s no break down pay when your waiting at well site for 4-7hrs your not getting paid. Why are they hiring more folks when they’re isn’t enough loads for the drivers who been here and who’s begging dispatch for a load cause they just want to work. Update as of 9/5/23 they are cutting the drivers pay AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
