      Pros

      + The mission of the business is not just 'nice talking point' in what RESPONSIBLE do, it is genuinely the focus and informs everything that's done. + Flat hierarchy and open access to all team members + Clarity in all things is the goal

      Cons

      All of the usual start-up 'issues' that you either love or loathe, but as such an early stage they're multiplied, which means it may not be the right business for you.

      - Resource constraints (as in every startup at this stage) that does not allow to move faster - Company growth trajectory

      Pros

      The management really care about you and your well being, ensuring you are happy in work and in your job. Due to the nature of a start up the work itself is always exciting and never gets boring. Best employer i’ve ever worked for.
