Wrongful termination for something that your predecessor did that you had no control over, office drama, etc.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your short experience at Responsive. Each party clearly disagrees on the circumstances leading to this point. It's unfortunate that this opportunity did not turn out to be the best fit.
We would respectfully disagree regarding the "pros" of working at Responsive Auto. Our employee turnover ratio is low (below ~10%), and our "voluntary" turnover (excluding retirements) among employees after their first year is close to zero. We view our strong employee retention levels as an indication that our employees are voting with their careers, and we hope they continue to choose Responsive as a place to build those careers at a rapidly growing, employee-oriented company.
We wish you all the best with your next career opportunity.

I love the company organization, the quick response to resolve issues, and the ability speak with the management.
Cons
No issues from me very satisfied.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We know there’s always room to improve, yet it’s great to hear from people who feel valued and heard. We hope our “Open Door” management policy helps us make this a great place to work.
They offer an enticing starting salary. Skip this opportunity if it offered.
Cons
Quick to hire, quick to terminate apparently. After 3 weeks I was told “I am not a good fit” and that was it. I have not been fired from a job in over 20 years.
As far as the job goes. You need approval for everything. Any experienced claims adjuster will not be comfortable here.
Based on my own experience, I can write nothing positive.
