RA took over management of our catering services in the office I’m in. Food quality went way down, events got quartered, hours are scrutinized, concerns are ignored, and our workers and clients are treated much worse than when we were with USE. Management will ignore you can make decisions in spite of what’s best for you or the client when it comes to quality, comfort, and safety. (actively using products that are dangerous) They will burn you out, lie to you, and gaslight you into thinking you don’t know what you’re doing.
