-easy hours and good work environment once you get to know everyone -clients are typically much better to work with than hospital clients

-dealing with the owners as they always want more sales each month with bare minimum staffing -low pay for nurses with not enough resources to learn in the right amount of time -start up vibes with all the various platforms needed to run smoothly -lack of structure for new employees -staffing issues
