Toxic owners - Hyper Wellness Tech Restore Hyper Wellness Employee Review

Worst job I have ever had. Owners do not care about you. I was miserable at this job. Scheduling was insane. Kept themselves understaffed and overworked all of us. I am so happy that I left! You are berated and punished if you do not reach sales goals. Basically cold calling people trying to get them to come in. Don't be fooled, this is a sales job, and you will make better money and be happier somewhere like T Mobile! Every month there is a non negotiable meeting that lasts 5 hours and goes well in to being after normal work hours. Also extremely discriminatory but that is too much to get in to on glassdoor. *THIS IS SPECIFIC TO THE IDAHO LOCATIONS!!!* They own stores in vegas too.
