Pros
-fun job, perks, relatively easy
Cons
-pay is low for average nurse -too many platforms to work with and start-up like, messy communication that leads to misunderstanding, mistakes, frustration, etc…too barbaric of processes for how big of a company it is -nurses are silently expected to prioritize sales and client experience over client and nurse safety. Too much on nursing plate and responsibilities are not spread out to their full capacity to be so. -poor management by non-healthcare, profit-oriented people, patronizing behavior by said management -Lead RNs expect nurses to review the manual for every IV and every nutrient given (which is entirely unreasonable giving the expected pace and client turnover) over the idea that changes occur to it all the time that often go unannounced (which is harmful) -some locations have much fewer ingredients and much lower dosages compared to competitor companies/clinics -little to no accountability from immediate management over systemic gaps and problems, blames nursing when issues are found in other areas of the process line -favoritism from management
