Pros
Good teammates, lot of opportunities to work with various software, most clients are quite great to work with.
Cons
Unlimited PTO is not true, take any more than they deem "acceptable" and it will cause issues during reviews. Will definitely lowball salary as much as possible. Billable expectations means you're working around 44 hours a week as a salaried employee so that lowers your pay as well. Management can be very out of touch with employees.
