None! whatsoever. No employee benefits. No Genuine appraisal. No growth at all.
Cons
The company doesn't adhere to any working hours. although they depict to be working from 9.30 to 6.30, they make their employees work all day all week. No one there recognizes their subordinates. They just exploit human resources left and right. My friend worked there and she had such a bad experience too. They didn't give her leave even on the most needed days. Moreover, the remuneration is substandard even for a person who is looking for a minimum wage job opportunity. I'm not sure how good they are with their clients but they are substandard when it comes to the organized work environments and optimum utilization of human resources. Definitely not a humanly place to work at.
