Pros
-Fun work environment everyone has a positive attitude -bonus structure for number of sales daily and weekly -raffles and games -great health insurance -job is easy just read the script and make friends with people on the phone - hours are full time and consistent
Cons
- sometimes there is some pressure to make sales -members of management sometimes send conflicting messages because they don’t always communicate -can be somewhat monotonous
