Although we’re not perfect, staff climate surveys indicate that staff say they enjoy working for R4D and the majority report that they like and respect their managers.
R4D has policies in place to address the issues you mentioned and has recently taken action to address concerns about the issues you raised.
R4D’s management team recognizes that the people are what make the organization special and we are committed to fostering a respectful and vibrant culture.
