Pros
They suspend work for trainees during inclement weather. TLs are understanding towards their agents, especially when there is a dire need to be absent (weather, academics, and other emergencies). Very fast promotions due to high attrition rate for agents and coaches.
Cons
The lockers have LOTS of roaches. There are even roaches at the drinking area and pantry. There are even roaches at the laptops inside production area. The production area is so hot and humid. Not enough ACs are opened. ACs in the training room are mostly undermaintained. Training is poorly facilitated. Salary is really low.
