Unlike many companies, management is fully hands-on and works with the team diligently to get results. Encourages people to think out-of-the box. Unfortunately of late, a few exited people in the company has been attempting to malign the reputation RS has painstakingly built over the last 12 years, as a preferred partner for 25 plus leading consumer companies in India. Our message to them....falsities can only help to create temporary disruption, but ultimately loses to merit and excellence. And we at RS are committed to maintain the levels of excellence that has come to be known as industry standard in terms of service delivery. RS has one of the lowest attrition rate cumulatively over the last one decade.
