It was once, a great place to work but had been bought by a vulture fund in 2023. Since then the company is on a rapid decline. A new Exec team was brought in in 2024. They have absolutely no empathy, create a stressful environment and laid off over 150 people a week before Christmas in 2024. They are purely there to bleed any sense of revenue dry for the new owners before the company is likely sold again (if it doesn't go bankrupt before then). Clients are constantly frustrated, given empty promises about change coming and that lay off's were a necessary step for improvement. Since the lay offs, naturally, the amount of issues and work on individuals has increased dramatically. It's only a matter of time before there is either more lay offs, or the company is diluted and sold.
