Pros
A wonderful and diverse group of people with a good social side. Almost everyone is friendly and casual. The freedom to get the work done as you wish. The fast pace means there is room to move up if you are willing to work hard and put in extra time.
Cons
An ancient codebase. New hires are expected to hit the ground running with little or no training. Teams are not staffed properly and end up missing key roles or having members wearing many hats and stretched too thin. Management complains about quality but continues to push projects and changes through the pipeline without adequate time, resources or understanding of scope. Management fights research that does not align with their views. HR is more concerned with protecting company image than solving the real everyday problems of the employees.
