- They hire you based on false promises - No room for growth - No value or respect for employees - It’s more like a family business and they will treat an outsider like they don’t belong to the team - People keep leaving this company - HR is not HR. They don’t do their jobs properly and they always cover other peoples dirty work - Poor payroll system- on a start date you will not get paid for 2 months and only get paid on the 15th and 30th of the month - Poor salary - Very dramatic place. Everyone talk badly about each other and employees don’t respect other employees - Poor management- specially the old ones they have no idea what they’re doing and they take it on other team member. - If you want to work for Nike for Nike but don’t work for retailors.
