If you really really like dogs, because you will be surrounded by them all day, though this may be a con depending on your sanitation preferences. The core engineering team is fairly capable, engineering-wise.
Cons
The "management" essentially has been promoted to the level of their own incompetence, and lack the ability and vision to run their departments. The claimed "family" company culture has devolved into an atmosphere of groupthink and conformity. I've never heard the term "these are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with" so many times. Actually, there were some who were among the dumbest I'd ever worked with. I'd even go as far as to say that intelligence was negatively correlated with seniority in this company.
