Pros
REthink has completely upgraded their commercial and residential real estate CRMs. With the commercial release in May, REthink has experienced a leap in sales and is leading the industry of enterprise level commercial real estate software. They have also released an upgrade to their residential CRM, helping residential real estate firms across the nation increase sales. For me, this process has been super exciting because I have seen the transition first hand. Changes in leadership has inspired employees to believe in the mission and work together to accomplish company goals. On top of that, I really enjoy other perks that REthink has to offer such as; an office massage chair, work from home, and of course, my favorite, bring your dog to work. The team is also pretty close. We do things after work such as bowling or volleyball as well as occasionally getting drinks as an office.
Cons
There are many times at REthink where employees have to communicate with different departments. They do a decent job of this, however, occasionally decisions are made without people being as informed as they should be.
