Pros

Revaly is the kind of place where accountability isn’t just a buzzword, it’s built into how we work every day. Everyone takes real ownership of their impact, whether you’re leading a project or jumping in to support a teammate. There’s no micromanagement here, you’re trusted to figure things out, make decisions, and deliver results. What makes that work is the culture: transparent, supportive, and genuinely collaborative. People want to do great work, and they care about helping others do the same. It’s rare to find a company that blends autonomy with such a strong sense of shared purpose.

Cons

Like any smaller organization, there are the common pitfalls of having a lack of resources. I am confident we are moving in the right direction, but at times you feel like there is a LOT to do, with not as many people as would ideally be doing it all. On the flip side, this gives amazing opportunities to stretch outside of your comfort zone and accelerate learning and skill development.

Pros

Revaly has a great culture. For example, employees are always respected, coversations are always lead with empathy and understanding, employees are always encouraged to ask questions in Town Halls, there is transparancy about decisions from the leadership, unlimited paid time off, flexible remote work , ... . Data scientists work at the Innovation department with so much room to explore new ideas, do research, experiment, learn new things and grow. There are so many areas to apply your experties and improve the product.

Cons

This is not cons but something to be aware of. To succeed you have to be a self started and not wait to be told what to do. You lead with ideas and implement them and own the entire pipeline from ideation to deployment. Some might find this difficult.
