For example, employees are always respected, coversations are always lead with empathy and understanding, employees are always encouraged to ask questions in Town Halls, there is transparancy about decisions from the leadership, unlimited paid time off, flexible remote work , ... . Data scientists work at the Innovation department with so much room to explore new ideas, do research, experiment, learn new things and grow. There are so many areas to apply your experties and improve the product.

This is not cons but something to be aware of. To succeed you have to be a self started and not wait to be told what to do. You lead with ideas and implement them and own the entire pipeline from ideation to deployment. Some might find this difficult.
