Pros

My experience was during covid so I unfortunately don't see any, remote position was mandatory and I didn't have the opportunity to spend real time with people there.

Cons

Flexpay is a very small company directed by people that will never tell you what and why something's not working according to them.

We're sorry your experience with FlexPay wasn't ideal, or aligned with the experience of so many others. The transition to a fully remote workforce was challenging for many organizations (including FlexPay), and has taken time to adjust to. Throughout the past 4 years we've learned from mistakes, and made a shift in our core values and ways of working that have gotten us to our current state of having an incredibly happy, connected community of dispersed employees, working remotely while feeling connected. Our core value of Transparency is one that we live out each day, ensuring that every person at FlexPay is aware of both the ups and downs of the company. We consistently ensure everyone is on the same page, moving in the same direction, and when something is not working not only is it shared with the company as a whole, it is also used as an opportunity for the passionate and innovative people who work here to bring unique solutions to the table.

Pros

Revaly is the kind of place where accountability isn’t just a buzzword, it’s built into how we work every day. Everyone takes real ownership of their impact, whether you’re leading a project or jumping in to support a teammate. There’s no micromanagement here, you’re trusted to figure things out, make decisions, and deliver results. What makes that work is the culture: transparent, supportive, and genuinely collaborative. People want to do great work, and they care about helping others do the same. It’s rare to find a company that blends autonomy with such a strong sense of shared purpose.

Cons

Like any smaller organization, there are the common pitfalls of having a lack of resources. I am confident we are moving in the right direction, but at times you feel like there is a LOT to do, with not as many people as would ideally be doing it all. On the flip side, this gives amazing opportunities to stretch outside of your comfort zone and accelerate learning and skill development.
