      Management, no room for growth unless you know someone, no pay increases, offshore team hired and moving in on US jobs without notifying clients, they use trackers to watch you, no flexibility any longer, losing employees constantly due to toxic work environment

      Pros

      HR is nice and you can work from home.

      Cons

      RCM leadership from the leads up to the VP and CEO don't do anything. Lazy, refuse to train, refuse to take accountability, refuse to give directives....but they can sure yell when the clients fire us. There is a reason this company is bottom of the barrel in the RCM world and it starts at the top.
