I made some great friends and truly enjoyed the people I met. The business has been built by partners and leaders who care about people, who care about doing things better, and who understand the VC & PE worlds deeply.
Cons
Recruiting is a TOUGH business; it's very market-based and, because it's based on people, it's hard to navigate quick turns in the market.
