Pros

I had the privilege of working for Revele for nearly 3 years. I originally accepted the position (pre-Covid) at their office in Indianapolis, where I got to work alongside some of the best people ever. The C-Level staff was always present and available to chat, help, advise, etc, because their desks were right in the middle of the open-concept office space. It was a blast getting to know everyone in the different departments, too. Since I was in Marketing, I had my fingertips in each department and regularly got to work with Sales, the Training Staff, the Coders, HR, and pretty much everyone else at least once or twice. When everyone went remote due to the pandemic, the leaders at Revele did their best to encourage community by recommending happy hours via Zoom after work hours, hosting holiday parties over Zoom, and offering a platform ("The Community") where employees could share personal or professional updates, chat, and really get involved with their coworkers as much as possible for being remote. Before Covid, we even had a company-wide party where we all got to be together for a few days. It was amazing. I got to be involved in SO MANY projects including the rebranding of the company name and logo, full website redesign, co-leading webinars, maintaining the online presence, and so much more. I say all of that because Revele gave me countless opportunities to learn and grow every day. Not a single day looked the same. Another thing I loved was how transparent the C-Level staff, leaders, and company truly was. Each Friday, the CEO would address the entire company in a Live Cast to share updates from the past week and projections for the week ahead. He would feature guest speakers from different departments in the company, current clients, or vendor partners each week. I got to help with those every week (and it was always the highlight of my day). It was incredible to hear the CEO be so open about the wins and the losses of the week. In addition to that, HR led by example and expected managers to initiate quarterly check-ins/reviews of employees to make sure each employee was on the same page about expectations, projects, goals, etc, and also provide a time for the managers and employees to ask questions and chat about excitement, frustrations, highs and lows, etc to minimize the risk of burnout. There was also a weekly meeting for each department to make sure goals, visions, and to-do's were assigned and getting done. I very much stand behind my opinion that Revele had a focus for hardwork and executing goals. The company is also very open about the "Revele Principles" and encourage staff members to chat about a specific one each week and include the principles in day-to-day life (both work related and personally). The most important thing for me was that Revele was a safe place to learn from mistakes. There were many times I failed, but my boss was always there to help me learn and grow. Laziness wasn't tolerated, but actual mistakes were welcomed since it allowed employees the chance to learn from them and be better. I could write about my experience for pages. I'm sure I forgot to include a lot of things, but overall, I couldn't have valued any of my coworkers more. Revele's transparency, honesty, culture, expectations, values, principles, expectations, and lessons will carry with me the rest of my life.

Cons

The only reason I am no longer with the company is because I chose to follow in the footsteps of some of my family members and join them in a different industry. The "cons" for me had nothing to do with Revele as an organization, rather my own subjective feelings about the medical billing industry in general -- NOT the company. I truly didn't have any cons. When I was frustrated, confused, or needed help, I strongly feel that the staff listened to me, pivoted, and offered a solution. It's rare to have a staff (especially a C-Level staff) that so closely listens to and values employees as individuals.
