Thank you for sharing your perspective! We think hearing from current and former TMs is the best way to accurately share RA with new folks. I imagine you did experience some long hours as a consultant. That was our norm when we were a consulting firm. Now that we have transitioned to SaaS and are no longer a consulting firm, the work hours are much more reasonable and predictable. The same transition has lead to more Team Member autonomy as well.
