Pros

A fun place to work where the owner and management team worked hard to create a fun atmosphere with care for its employees! I’m surprised at any less than stellar reviews as the team was very fair and reasonable! They celebrated their employees and met every Friday to give praise and promote positive vibes throughout and awards were frequent and plentiful! I even had a serious health scare and they were there for support. It’s a great place to work! Good benefits as well.

Cons

I was there for over 7 years. Not any real cons I could think of when there were so many positives over the years to celebrate.

Pros

Not a single one comes to mind

Cons

Leadership is inexperienced, toxic, sexist, and archaic. Every day I worked there was the worst day of my life. There was no way to use data, logic or reason in decision-making. The CEO could not focus on one thing for more than about 7 minutes. The only people that have stuck around are the CEO's kids or "yes men" (and I want to emphasize MEN) that have been put into place to affirm whatever wild hair the CEO wants to chase in a given moment. Speaking of the CEO's family, he likes to have his severely unskilled family members in positions with a lot of responsibility for a few reasons. He likes to have employees "on his side", keep them dependent on him financially (albeit very underpaid), and be able to assign blame when he knows they won't have any recourse. The turnover was insane... just insane. The CEO and COO would target a new employee each week to be the scapegoat for all of the company's problems. That employee would end up quitting or get "laid off". The same outcome would happen if an employee spoke up (which they say is one of their core values). How dare anyone question something or provide an alternative solution?!? That would require leadership to be open-minded or value another human being's insights. They do not value innovation due to their archaic views. The company has no future, hemorrhaging employees and customers like crazy. The CEO has no business in the tech space, he should have stuck with his HVAC company.
