Pros
There are so many things I love about working at Revlon. The culture here is strong, welcoming and inclusive. Hybrid work helps to balance work and life needs, 2 days office and 3 days from home, flexi hours and year-round 1/2day fridays. I have been given so many career opportunities here, and watch as others around me are provided with career growth as well. Employees have a voice and are listened to.
Cons
Processes can be too laborious. Getting up to date IT equpiment is also difficult.
