Appalling management in all areas. Actually, NO management. Very egotistical biased working methods with very limited overall knowledge of how a company actually operates. Majority of employees unhappy and the so-called middle managers are lazy and will throw you under a bus to try to make themselves look better to senior management.

Great working team and many passionate staff members

Management not allowing staff to give their full potential and often not listening to the people on the ground. No scope for progression often even though promises are made.
